Hypnotic Reiki
First of all, it is important to
stress that I am 'not' a Clinical or Psychological Hypnotherapist. I am
qualified in Holistic Hypnosis, trained at the Carlisle School of
Holistic Hypnosis.
What is Holistic Hypnosis?
Holistic Hypnosis is a wonderfully
gentle, yet powerful way of changing a thought, habit or addiction. It is
like a bridge of change which you can cross over, leaving behind those negative
thoughts, moving into positive ones.
Most of us have collected baggage
from the past and then drag it around with us. With holistic hypnosis, you
can leave this baggage where it belongs and cross that bridge of change into the
present, free to create your own life and future. It can literally free
you to find true happiness and peace of mind - it stops you wasting your
precious life!
What is the hypnotic bit?
This is nothing to be afraid of,
you will not lose control of your thoughts or your mind and hand it over to me.
It is an old myth of hypnosis, and one which you see acted out on stage, but not
really how hypnosis works. You will remain in full control of your mind
and body.
After a consultation in which 'you'
decide what it is you want to gain in your life, I set the scene and take you
gently throughout the process of relaxation which brings the peace of meditation
with it. You are in control and will only relax as much as you wish.
You will be given a cd or tape of the whole experience to
take away and listen to at home and can continue to give yourself therapy on a daily basis
safe and in your own surroundings. So if you do not feel that you have
relaxed properly during the consultation, you can repeat the session at home as
often as you wish.
Telephone consultations can also be
arranged for long distant clients, and a cd can be sent to you in the mail.
I will call you at an agreed time that we will arrange before hand, just like an
appointment.
What is nice about having your own
cd, personalised to your needs, is that each session moves on more and more -
life becomes better with every passing day!
All consultations with me will cost
you £30 lasting approximately 2 hours. Telephone consultations will levy an
extra charge of £5 to cover postage of the cd!
